This property sits within a conservation area in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The windows and doors needed to respond to the building’s existing details and surroundings.
We designed and manufactured a combination of traditional weighted box sash windows with slimline double glazing and putty fronting, casement windows, doors within box window frames, and fully curved windows and doors. Specialist solar-control coatings were included to reduce the effect of direct sunlight.
The project was completed over four months, with a contract value of £145k.
