The conversion of the John Howard Hotel into apartments called for traditional windows and doors. For Westgreen Construction, we undertook the survey, design, manufacture and installation of box sash windows, casements and doors.
Windows at lower-ground and ground-floor levels were fire-rated and fitted with automatic openers and closers. The work took place over three months, with a contract value above £280k.
